Truffles, foie gras, duck confit, Quercy farm lamb, Quercy melons and other super local specialities have found devoted ambassadors with "les Bonnes Tables du Lot". This association brings together twenty or so chefs who practise their art in all the corners of the Lot.
To be admitted to the " Bonnes Tables du Lot", the chef must be referenced in at least four national restaurant guides and pass the severe judgement of the admission committee. With all these precautions to reassure him, the diner can concentrate fully on flavours whose natural quality is emphasised, enjoy a friendly and attentive welcome and soak up the atmosphere reflecting the character of the individual chef.
