Few departments show a network of rivers as beautiful, varied and comprehensive as the Lot.
Strained between the Aquitaine basin and the Massif Central, the rivers cross from side to side the department, digging deep furrows plateaus vital, and dividing, in the fringe areas, in sharp hairy streams.

Fishermen, you get into your waders or fitted with folding seat, day or night, whether you love the majesty of a wide valley or mountain environment of a forest stream, you will find your favorite ...
The corners Fishing in the Lot is 1500 km of streams of first category, 400 km of rivers in Category 2, 35 lakes and ponds.
For trout, head to the waters of Segala, particularly rich in wild trout typical of the Massif Central: isolated and intimate little traffic ... during a moment of true communion with nature.
In the Dordogne, boots in the water, you can enjoy unsurpassed views of the cliffs, and castles that overlook, the river is particularly suited to fly fishing (trout, grayling).
As for Lot, River predator par excellence shims provided between Cajarc and Puy-L'Évêque facilitate access by boat to the program, zander, pike, perch, bass and catfish ...

Finally, do not forget the "anglers" in the Lot River, famous for his "record carp (approaching 30 lbs!), it is fishing at night all year. Note, finally, the 3 term "no kill" on the Lot, Cele and Dribbles, to preserve fish populations.
