  • This small farm produces forage and cereals for raising geese and ducks in the open air, and maize for fattening them. Raising, fattening and transformation of geese and ducks ((foie gras, cou farci, confit, rillettes, civet de canard with Cahors wine, cassoulet, smoked duck breast, duck breast stuffed with foie gras). Farm visits: summer : at 17.30 from Tuesday to Friday, walk around the family farm to see that majestic, sociable animal, the GOOSE. Demonstration of goose fattening, visit of the production unit, (EEC norms) followed by a free tasting of our products. Sales on site and by post. Groups by appointment.
