  • Sales outlet situated on an 18th C. farm where day-old ducks are brought to be raised in the open air and fed on cereals grown on the farm. They are fattened traditionally using whole-grain maize, and made into foie gras, confit, pâtés etc. in our production unit on our own premises. Farmhouse Inn.
