  • Located within the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park between Rocamadour and St.Cirq Lapopie, in an authentic countryside setting, the Auberge du Mas de Thomas, set up in the former bakehouse, provides cuisine combining the farm's own produce with traditional cookery. (We raise goats, Salers cows, Gascon pigs and we have beehives.) Our menu is composed with our produce : mixed salad, cured meats, Rocamadour cheese in flaky pastry, raclette with goat's cheese, carbonnade, grilled pork, veal, kid, a cheese board made up of various goat's cheeses, (Rocamadour AOP, tomme...), home-made desserts. Quercy specialities (foie gras, confits and duck breast, all home-cooked).
