  • The « AAPPMA » of Luzech is an approved association for fishing and the protection of the aquatic environment.
    Two contests are organised: the first one during the first two weeks of August. The second one takes place during the village festival of Luzech (1st week of September). A fish stocking during which we release many fishes, such as trouts, roaches, pikes, carps and tenches, into the Lot river, is also organised.

    Finally, this association offers to the town a riverbank clean-up service. For example, in 1998, 80 kg of plastic were collected!
