Ange du Lazaret

The Angel of Lazaret, a monumental bronze sculpture by Marc Petit (born in Saint-Céré in the Lot), is placed opposite the tympanum of the north gate of the cathedral. Following an exhibition of the sculptor in Cahors in 2014, the association "guardians of the angel" launched a subscription to buy the angel and keep it in Cahors.
