Brasserie les Acolytes

Mathieu and Germain set up Les Acolytes brewery in 2016, installing themselves amongst the vines of the Château Les Croisille. In 2018, after six years running Los 3 Monjes brewery, in Quito (Ecuador), Antoine joined them and brought with him his precious experience : "We are creating artisan, organic beers. We are constantly searching for the perfect balance of finesse and appealing flavour."
