  • The Château des Cloutous vineyard is located on the plateau of the Causse of the communes of Saint Matré and Saux where the stone is widely present. The vines of Malbec aged 20 to 30 years occupy a clayey-limestone territory on more than 6 hectares, the Merlot which is between 10 and 20 years old is planted on a hectare and a half of plateau of the causse. Sale to the estate every day, visit and tasting by appointment.
