Château Gautoul

  • Château Gautoul is a magnificent former charterhouse, standing amongst its vines since the 18th C. The estate stands opposite the mediaeval village of Puy L'Evêque and up above the river Lot. The vignoble is planted on the middle and upper river terraces, between the siliceous alluvial deposits and limestone scree slopes.
