Circuit des Petits Ruisseaux et des Grandes Vignes

This walk provides a varied landscape, typical of the Quercy Blanc and the Cahors vineyards. You'll cross limestone heathland, oak woods, a valley with its tributary streams, a plateau dotted with vines around fine wine-producers' houses, and a Romanesque chapel. Perched on a hill-top or isolated deep in a valley, there are numerous churches and chapels in the Quercy Blanc. They are mostly of very ancient origin. The Church often used to take over former pagan places of worship, many of them located near a source of water, at the period when it was evangelising rural populations on a massive scale.
