Having taken over my parents' farm, we are continuing to work using the know-how of our forebears. In full respect of hygiene rules, we raise our lambs with their mothers, our chickens in the open air and fatten our ducks. They are transformed into delicious products here on the farm. Our 300 ewes have 140 hectares of pasture. They are fed on our own hay and with grain in full respect of GM-free farming rules. They lamb once a year. Birds are bought in when 6 weeks old, they have 8 hectares...

Birds are bought in when 6 weeks old, they have 8 hectares in which to roam , they are fed on wheat, peas and maize (in accordance with GM-free rules). The ducks are fattened in the traditional way on wholegrain maize for 13 to 18 days. The fowls are killed and cooked here on the farm by ourselves.
