Producer, Bread in Porte-du-Quercy
  • I offer country bread with semi-complete wheat flour, seed bread, nut bread, rye, and small spelt. I make old-fashioned sourdough bread and I work with a wood-fired oven. All my ingredients from the flour to the seeds are organic and local.
    Markets in Cahors and Luzech on Wednesdays, in Prayssac on Fridays, and in Montcuq on Sundays
    Sales in the Boulvé grocery store (in the old school) on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 4pm to 7pm.
