You can meet us on our farm where we force-feed our ducks with whole grain corn in the traditional way, which are then cooked in our canning workshop.
Whole foie gras, confits, duck breast, stuffed necks, pâtés, fritons, cassoulet, duck cooked with Cahors wine....
Groups are welcome, preferably by reservation.
