Welcome to Pech-Cujoul : in Occitan, "le Cujoul" is a stream which rises at the bottom of a hill or "pech". These two natural features are the origin of the name of a wooded estate covering more than 12 hectares and dependent on La Fontade, a village under the administrative aegis of Gourdon, one of the Lot's two sub-Prefectures, and located between the Lot and Dordogne rivers. Originally, the only building on the hill was a small farmhouse with its outbuildings, which, recently restored and modernised, now form the ideal holiday venue. Open all year round, and located in a peaceful, verdant setting this place provides, as well as a 12 x 6 m swimming pool, numerous other activities both on site and in the surrounding area.
