  • The Causse de Rocamadour's hidden treasure. Fashioned by water and passing time, the Grotte des Carbonnières possesses a wide range of crystalline formations, in which stalactites, stalagmites, draperies, columns and straws all feature. It provides an exceptional underground landscape, with a ceiling crossed by remarkable roots and walls of contrasting colours covered with helictites (eccentrics). The 350 m of galleries are 100% LED lit, gently illluminating the ancient formations and giving the cave a fairytale atmosphere. In one gallery, there's a poetic, harmonious "son et lumière" show, a magical way to discover the power of water. Easy walking, no special effort required.
