  • Patrick Delfour and his daughter Aurélie wanted to introduce visitors to the history of the biscuit, from antiquity to the present day, through the medium of various objects collected over the years. The beginnings of biscuit-making are evoked with, for example, the first home-made "Maryleine" moulds, which were not then available commercially. From Egyptian parchments which show cake/biscuit-making in ancient times to the egg separator (for separating the yolk and white), the passion which drives the person who runs this unit shows through. This is a truly artisanal production, as everything is made here by hand.
