- This walk takes you deep into the causses. All along the way, you can admire the skill of the locals who, with their own hands, built the dry stone walls which criss-cross the landscape. You're bound to come across the "caussenarde" sheep, which appear to be wearing glasses (black patches around the eyes) and which do so well on this limestone soil. But the high point of this walk is what we call « La perte du Francès ». Here, in the place of that name, the little stream disappears underground, into the karstic ground, and flows a long way, reappearing kilometres away in resurgences. This walk takes you through a somewhat "dry" landscape, but its great interest lies in its local heritage.
