Located in the heart of Quercy since 2015, in an 18th C. building, we work hard at making our beers, revisiting the great styles and incorporating local produce into them as far as possible. This gives our brewery its identity, and our ambition is to develop authentic local beers using ingredients obtained from local organic producers.
