  • Throughout the year, this spacious dining room plays host to Epicurean guests in search of a real culinary experience. In summer, evening dinner is served in the central courtyard.

    The chef, Julien Poisot, selects fresh produce according to season to create a menu that changes as the year goes on. Subtle creativity, the perfect marriage of flavours and impeccable timing in cooking are the keynotes underlying this fine menu.

    Gastronomic menu in the evenings from Tuesday to Saturday and at Sunday lunchtime, bistro menu every lunchtime from Monday to Saturday and Sunday and Monday evenings. 1 star Michelin 2017.
