In 1974, the village school built in the style of the 1900's was converted into a restaurant.
At the Gindreau, the cuisine evolves with the seasons and uses the best produce available daily : local products and truffles. The chef Pascal Bardet get 2 Michelin stars from 2017.
It encompasses the whole variety of pleasurable tastes, playing with different flavours. It is both traditional and inventive, bringing a bright, fresh approach to food.
In fine weather, meals are served on the terrace in the shade of the big old chestnut trees. In winter, the discreet, elegant comfort of the dining room awaits you. -
